City Depot Southampton

This state of the art facility will be the base for a number of key council services and home to the city’s new Recycling Park.

Woodmace played a pivotal role in the transformation from derelict brownfield site to bespoke and modern environmentally friendly city depot.

Woodmace worked closely with the main contractor Mansell in order to deliver an on time and on budget build.
