John started the Company in February 1986. With his loyal and long serving staff he has built the Company into one of the South’s Leading Civil Engineering & Groundworks companies, with excellent working relationships with all his Clients.

Adrian oversees the running of the Estimating and Surveying Departments, whilst also advising on any commercial issues. When necessary he undertakes estimating and surveying to assist the relevant departments. He also provides support and training to the younger members of the team.
|

Neil has been with Woodmace for over 10 years and during this time he has progressed from Contracts Manager to Senior Contracts Manager to Construction Manager. He has been responsible for many of the contracts that have been carried out successfully over the years.
Prior to his employment with Woodmace, he was employed by a large Reinforced Concrete Frame and Retaining Wall contractor.
His current role as Construction Manager involves looking after the site role of Woodmace, overseeing the construction practices of all current contracts and providing support to the Contracts Managers.

Mark started with Woodmace as a Site Foreman, progressing to Principle Site Engineer, through to Contracts Manager and is now Senior Contracts Manager. Mark has completed many projects as a Site Foreman, and now provides expertise and dedication to enable delivery of numerous large scale civil engineering projects in his current role as Senior Contracts Manager.

Stuart heads up the Estimating for Woodmace, coupled with his numerous years of experience and knowledge of civil engineering, this enables him to be competitive and he prides himself on achieving a high tender return rate.

John’s role involves the procurement of all materials for Woodmace, this also includes building effective relationships with our Suppliers, ensuring that we obtain the best deal and the correct materials to achieve our on-site works and coordinates between the sites for effective use of Company Plant.

Tracey has progressed through the company over a number of years to her present role as Accountant. Along with her Assistant, she maintains the Company Accounts for Woodmace and provides sound financial advice and information.
|
|
|
|
Jackie manages the Administration Department. Her main role is dealing with the HR, Insurance matters and the training schedules and courses for all employees.
The Administration Department also looks after document control for all the contracts, issuing drawings for all the running Contracts.
