Woodmace fully understand the responsibilities of both the Company and those that comprise it towards the planning and organisation of operations. This ensures that safety is designed into systems to protect all project stakeholders, including the general public.

Guided by a specific Health and Safety strategy and plan for implementation, Woodmace engages the whole Company in an ongoing process of continuous improvement in terms of Health and Safety. All personnel from the ground up receive both internal training and external training to not only facilitate excellent task orientated safety performance but also enable a common understanding of the duty of care personnel have for themselves and those around them.

Our commitment to the Health and Safety of our workforce is evident in our ongoing investment in training, participation in specific accreditation schmes that seek to aid our competence in this area, and the employment of outside consultants to offer objective professional advice.
