Supervision and Management

Supervisors are paramount to the effective organisation and coordination of a works package, directing those they are responsible for to carry out works, and consequently having a direct influence upon the overall success of project delivery. Thus, by focusing on providing competent and sufficient supervision on site, Woodmace ensures projects are coordinated effectively.

For the reasons above Woodmace take a proactive approach to continually improving site supervision via;

All Woodmace Site Managers have obtained the five day SMSTS qualification, whilst all Supervisors have attended the CITB two day SSSTS course. Over 70% of Supervisors have achieved the Gold CSCS card, with a large proportion of the remaining SSSTS accredited Supervisors working towards achieving the Gold card.
