Woodmace is committed to integrating environmental best practice into all its business activities, operating a strict policy to reduce the impact of business activities on the environment.

The company recognises its responsibilities to the environment and to operate in a sustainable way, employing various measures from procuring only from sustainably assured sources through to maintaining and operating our plant in an efficient manner.

As our Clients have desired a greater input regarding alternative materials and resources to reduce the environmental impact of project delivery, Woodmace have provisioned for this by investing in technology and deploying additional resource to facilitate and accommodate this need.

Woodmace been involved with a number of projects that have achieved an overall Breeam rating of excellent, including but not limited to the following:

• Waitrose Distribution Centre Bracknell – RG Carter
• Empress Road Bus Depot, Southampton – Allenbuild
• PTI Richmond – RG Carter (On course for an excellent Breeam rating)
