All training and workforce development is monitored and regularly reviewed to ensure Operatives carry out the work they are qualified for, and all personnel continually improve their professional and work related performance.
Woodmace are 100% fully CSCS compliant, 100% CPCS compliant, as well as providing training opportunities for Operatives to qualify in other aspects such as Confined Spaces, Abrasive Wheels, and Streetworks.
Qualifications and training is closely monitored to ensure the workforce continues to develop and refresher training is scheduled when required.
Woodmace ensures that personnel fully understand Company specific processes and procedures, and these are reinforced at regular intervals be it via a tool box talk or a structured review.
All Operatives and Supervisors receive a Head Office induction prior to going to site, enabling a solid basis of understanding for relevant procedures and working practices.
